Telemaco 360º allows to measure the degree of development of the managerial competencies from the behaviors associated to these, using Auto Evaluation and external Evaluation added on the basis of subordinated and non-subordinated evaluators (colleagues and heads).

The degree of comparision is increased because the data are compared with the data base of evaluations made by Telemaco Development & Diagnostic Systems, on the basis of more than 120 companies and more than 1000 evaluations (TDDS Average) and the external evaluation data based on the competencies evaluation.
