SELF Telemaco allows to measure the degree of development of the managerial competencies from the behaviors associated to these, using Auto Evaluation.

The data are compared with the data base of evaluations made by Telemaco Development & Diagnostic Systems, on the basis of more than 120 companies and more than 1000 evaluations (TDDS Average). The diagnosis tools allow to use specific company or client competencies as well.
